Schülerkarriere is the job network in Germany that reaches students directly via the digital school infrastructure to match companies, universities, and authorities with young talents.

Thanks to the targeted approach and individual filter options, we enable companies, universities, and authorities to present themselves as an attractive employer or place to study, pre-selected locally and nationwide according to school type. Through our partner network, we can reach passively searching students on learning platforms, where they become aware of training and study opportunities along the way.

 

As part of the Prometheus X, we want to expand our offerings by trying to optimize students’ talents and attracting them to educational institutions and companies. Through a skills gap analysis, students’ strengths, interests, and career preferences are compared with job requirements to identify the gaps between their current skills and the skills needed for their desired roles.
